We love weddings! The beauty, the excitement, the emotion, the fun and the love between the bride & groom and their families. We enjoy getting into the middle of all that is going on and truly being an asset to your day, in whatever way possible, but especially to capture who you are, as a couple in love!
Our style really has the best of both photographic worlds. The principle photographer
captures the classic, elegant, "arranged" images, like the shots at the altar. Our secondary photographer captures all the spontaneous, photojournalistic images all through your event to get the casual things when you don't know you are being photographed. This works out great and gives you a wide variety of images from your day.
So when it comes to our approach to photographing your wedding, we never loose site of the fact this is a once in a lifetime moment. It is our desire to capture all that is going on in a very personal format. This is an intimate time for you and we have great respect for that. We can be there to capture the whole event in a very quite way and still not miss those tender times as well as all the fun.
When I began photographing weddings, many years ago, I quickly realized "creativity" is really the name of the game. You, your family, and all of your plans are individual to you and your album should not be exactly like any one else's. The creative, artistic side of photography is also what keeps it so alive for me after so many years.
I am as excited to see the finished album as the bride & groom.
Your wedding is the only time this collection of family and friends will ever be together. You have probably dreamed of this day since you were little. We know how to capture those moments and "freeze" this day for you to relive each time you look at your album. It is really an honor for us to be so personally involved in a couple and family's life and we cherish this time.
